About the Role
We are recruiting compassionate Support Workers to provide high-quality care to older adults living with dementia and frailty across services in Kent. You will support independence, dignity, and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and emotional support
* Promote independence through care plans set by OTs and physiotherapists
* Encourage participation in activities (group & 1:1)
* Maintain clear and accurate care records
* Report safeguarding concerns in line with policy
* Work collaboratively with Team Leaders and healthcare teams
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards
Requirements
* Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care (or willingness to complete)
* Care Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience supporting vulnerable or elderly individuals preferred
