Job Title: Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker
Location: Hyde (SK14)
Job Type: Temporary – Full Time (4–6 weeks)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (including evenings, weekends & public holidays)
Pay Rates:

Weekdays: £15.80 per hour

Nights/Weekends: £16.00 per hour
Key Health is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers for temporary full-time assignments in Hyde (SK14). This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated care professionals to provide high-quality, person-centred support to older adults living in Extra Care Housing settings.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for providing person-centred care to older individuals, supporting them to maintain independence and dignity in their own homes. Working within an Extra Care Housing environment, your role will involve:

Delivering personal, practical, and emotional support in line with individual care plans
*
Promoting independence and well-being
*
Building therapeutic, trusting relationships with service users
*
Ensuring care is delivered with respect, compassion, and professionalism
Requirements:
*
Minimum 2 years' UK experience supporting older people in a care or support setting
*
Proof of right to work in the UK (please note: we do not offer sponsorship)
*
Ability to provide 2 references (including one from your most recent employer)
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (desirable)
*
Car owner/driver (desirable, but not essential)
Availability:
Full-time availability is required — 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
