We are now recruiting a female Support Worker for a well-established care setting in Ballingry, providing one-to-one care for individuals with complex needs, including Autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that challenge. Due to the nature of care and client preferences, this role is restricted to female applicants. What You'll Do: Deliver person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being Assist with day-to-day living: personal care, light domestic tasks, and support with outings Support clients in the community - your role will involve transportation and companionship Build strong, trusting relationships and encourage positive routines Monitor and document changes in care needs, working closely with other professionals Engage in outdoor and social activities that boost confidence and quality of life What We're Looking For: Female candidate with at least 6 months of paid experience in a UK care/support setting Confidence supporting individuals with complex needs and Autism A calm, patient and resilient attitude with strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a structured team A full UK driver's licence and access to reliable transport Current PVG membership or willingness to apply (we can help with this) Working Hours: A typical rota includes: 08:00 - 20:00, 3 shifts per week (on rotation, including weekends) 08:00 - 18:00 and 16:00 - 22:00 shifts (on a 4-week rolling pattern) Flexibility is available to suit your lifestyle Why Join ASA Recruitment?
