About The Role
Support Worker – Port Talbot
£12.60 – £12.80 per hour | Full Time (40.25 hrs) | Day & Night Shifts Available

At Coed Parc House in Cwmavon, near Port Talbot, you’ll work as part of a supportive team providing personalised care and encouragement every day. Each of our residents have their own self-contained apartment – a comfortable home designed around their individual needs.
What you’ll do:
Support individuals with daily living, personal care, and activities.
Build positive relationships and promote independence.
Work closely with families and professionals to deliver the best care.
Choose from flexible day or night shifts to suit your lifestyle.
What we’re looking for:
A kind, compassionate attitude, and great communication skills.
Patience, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work a mix of shifts (including weekends).
A driving licence is helpful, but not essential.
