Location: CR3 (Caterham area)
Pay Rate: £12.55 – £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: Part-time or Full-time – flexible to suit you
About the Role
We are currently seeking a female Gujarati-speaking Support Worker to join a friendly and supportive care team based in the Caterham (CR3) area.
This role involves providing high-quality care and support to a female client within her own home, promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and daily living support in a respectful and professional manner

Support with household tasks, meal preparation, and companionship

Promote independence and encourage engagement in community activities

Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

Communicate effectively with the client and family members in Gujarati and English
Requirements

Must be fluent in Gujarati – this is essential
