💼 The Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll play an essential part in empowering individuals with learning difficulties in their day-to-day lives. From promoting independence to providing emotional support and assisting with routines, you'll help create a safe, enjoyable and person-centred environment.
✅ Requirements:
Must be a driver with a manual licence and have access to your own car
Previous care or support experience (learning disabilities experience highly advantageous)
A genuine passion for making a difference
Reliable, compassionate and proactive approach
