Job Description
ASA Recruitment is currently hiring experienced Support Workers to work within care services across Paisley.
These roles offer regular ongoing work with the potential to move into a permanent position.
As a Support Worker, your role will be both varied and rewarding. Typical duties include:
Delivering person-centred care in line with daily care plans
Administering medication safely and accurately
Supporting with personal care and hygiene
Assisting at mealtimes and encouraging healthy routines
Promoting independence and wellbeing among residents
Ensuring a clean and safe living environment
What We're Looking For
A caring, compassionate, and proactive approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability and the ability to work independently
A current PVG certificate or willingness to join the scheme
