Candidate Responsibilities - Support Worker
As a Support Worker, your main responsibilities will include:
Providing compassionate support to clients with mental health, learning disabilities, or complex needs
Assisting clients with daily activities and personal care
Implementing care plans tailored to individual needs
Promoting independence and building rapport with clients
Documenting all interactions accurately and maintaining confidentiality
Working collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure the best outcomes for clients
Responding to emergencies and ensuring safety at all timesCandidate Requirements - Support Worker
The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar care role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A caring and empathetic nature
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including unsociable hours
