What you’ll be doing
We have several roles available, offering variety, stability and the chance to make a genuine difference. You’ll be supporting individuals with physical or learning disabilities, helping with daily routines, personal care and community activities. Every role is unique, but all focus on promoting independence and wellbeing.
Current opportunities
* Children’s Support Worker – Supporting young people with additional needs at home and in the community. You’ll help with personal care, social activities and developing life skills in a positive, supportive setting.
* Adult Support Worker – Supporting adults with disabilities to live more independently in their own homes and community. Early, late, long-day and waking-night shifts available across Elgin and surrounding areas.
What we’re looking for
If you’re patient, reliable and committed to helping others, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll need at least six months of paid care experience in the UK to join our team.
What you’ll get
As part of our agency team, you’ll have access to regular, consistent shifts, rotas planned in advance and ongoing work with a variety of services in the Elgin area. You’ll also have a dedicated consultant who works with you to match the hours and settings that suit your lifestyle.
