Support Worker – Children’s SEMH Residential
Gowerton, Swansea
Full Time – 39 hrs per week + sleep-ins
£12.60–£12.80 per hour + £55 per sleep-in

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, every day is different—but always meaningful. You’ll be:
Supporting children’s physical, emotional and social needs in a nurturing environment.
Being a positive role model they can look up to.
Encouraging independence through school, social and community-based activities.
Working as part of a strong, supportive team to deliver child-centred care.
Keeping accurate notes on progress, behaviours and incidents.
Assisting with daily household tasks, including cooking.Your support could be the turning point in a child’s life.
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who is:
Positive, resilient, and ready for a challenge.
Compassionate, empathetic, and truly cares about children’s wellbeing.
A clear and confident communicator.
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins.
Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
A driver with a full UK licence (essential for transporting children).Previous care experience is helpful—but not essential. If you have the right values, we’ll train you.
