Support Worker – Bridgend CF32 0HE

Permanent 4 roles

£12.60/hr - £12.80/hr

39 Hours on Days (3 x 13hrs)

35 Hours on Nights (8pm-8.30am)

Full Time Roles

Working in a Brand New Service

Driver Essential (Full UK Driving Licence)

All you really need to fit in here is a desire to make a difference (and a driving licence as you use company vehicles!).

Our priority is to improve and maintain the quality of life for the children and adults in our care. We take a person-centred approach to everything we do, empowering people in our care to learn and develop skills and abilities specific to their own development needs.

DAYS ROLE

·You must have a FULL UK Driving Licence - due to using clients vehicles.

·Shifts are working between 08.00am-20.30pm (Includes alternative weekends).

NIGHTS ROLE

·WAKING NIGHTS – Shifts are working between 20.00pm-08.30am (Includes alternative weekends). Sleep nights – (£55 flat rate if applicable)

DETAILS INCLUDE

·Overtime available.

·Fixed Shift pattern, so you can always be able to plan your work/life balance.

·Permanent Contract, guaranteed hours.

·Working in a modern facility which has had a recent major refurbishment.

·You will be tasked with assisting with the resident’s care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

·Experience of working in a social care environment is ideal but not essential.

·Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills.

·Full UK Driving Licence
