About the Role Are you looking for a rewarding support and care role where no two days are the same? We're looking for kind, compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated teams across Goole, Howden and Market Weighton. You'll provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs — helping them live their best lives with confidence, choice, and independence. No previous experience is required. We provide full training and ongoing support. What matters most is your values — empathy, kindness, patience, and a genuine desire to support others. ? Shift Patterns & Working Hours We offer both full-time and part-time roles, with a range of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles: Day shifts Night shifts Sleep-in shifts Waking night shifts You'll be expected to work every other weekend, with rotas planned in advance to support a healthy work–life balance. ?? What Will Your Day Look Like? This is a varied and meaningful role. Some days are calm and structured; others are busy and fast-paced — that's what makes it so rewarding. You'll be supporting individuals with: Socialising and accessing community activities Developing hobbies and interests Daily living and personal care Household tasks and practical support Life skills such as shopping and money management Following and delivering individualised support plans At the heart of everything you do is respectful, compassionate care, helping people build confidence, independence, and a life that's meaningful to them.
