Are you a Support Worker looking for an opportunity in the Woodley arear?

Location: Woodley

Hours: 12 hour shifts - split into 6 hours for each support worker

County Carers is a trusted provider of complex care, supporting clients and their families with tailored, compassionate, and professional home-based care.

You will be fully supported by our expert management and clinical team, but we are looking for someone with a strong background in support work who can confidently hit the ground running.

Role Requirements:

We are specifically seeking a support worker who has experience and is fully trained and competent in the following areas:

  * 

    ADHD

  * 

    Autism

  * 

    Severe learning disabilities

  * 

    Behaviour that challenges

Essential Criteria:

  * 

    Must be fluent in English – this is a specific request from the client’s family

  * 

    Proven experience

  * 

    Up-to-date mandatory training(or willingness to update through us)

  * 

    Reliable, compassionate, and able to build trust with the client

  * 

    Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)

  * 

    Self employed or willing to register
