About the Role
Looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same?
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs — helping them live with independence, choice, and confidence.
No experience is needed — we provide full training. What matters most is your kindness, compassion, and willingness to care.
Shifts
Flexible full-time and part-time roles, including:
* Day shifts
* Night shifts
* Sleep-ins / waking nights
* Every other weekend

* Support daily living, personal care, and life skills
* Encourage social activities and community involvement
* Help individuals build confidence and independence
* Follow personalised support plans
