Pay: £14.00 per hour (days) | £15.00 per hour (nights & weekends)
Location: Edge of Bristol
Are you experienced in supporting adults on the autistic spectrum and confident in managing challenging behaviour? We're looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team near Bristol.
About the Role
You'll provide person-centred support to individuals on the autistic spectrum, helping them:
Access the community and enjoy social activities.
Go shopping and manage daily living tasks.
Cook meals and develop independence skills.This role requires resilience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting people who may display challenging behaviour.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months relevant experience in care or support work.
Experience working with adults who display challenging behaviour.
Ability to provide 2 years of referencing.
Enhanced DBS (ideally registered on the Update Service).
Ideally a driver, due to the location and community-based activities.
Pay & Benefits
£14.00 per hour for day shifts.
£15.00 per hour for nights and weekends.
