Vibe Care Agency are recruiting experienced Support Workers for the Farringdon area of Oxfordshire.
This role is not suitable for anyone wanting sponsorship
If you have experience working with adults with learning disabilities and autism and are looking to join a fantastic team of hardworking individuals who are dedicated to contributing to the well-being of our clients, this may be the perfect role for you.
What skills and experience are we looking for in candidates?
Minimum of 12 months experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism & complex needs
Dedicated, honest, reliable and compassionate nature
Excellent communication skills
Experience supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge
Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamResponsibilities:
Provide support to individuals with physical and learning disabilities
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Daily tasks will often include personal care, meal preparation and moving and assisting
Accompanying clients to medical appointments and social outings
Monitor and report any changes in clients' behaviour or health conditions
