As a result, exciting new Support Worker opportunities have arisen, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join us in supporting people to live happy, independent, and fulfilling lives.
This is a varied and rewarding role. Some days are calm, while others are busy and fast-paced — and that variety is what makes the role meaningful and fulfilling.
Shift patterns can include:
* Day shifts
* Night shifts
* Sleep-in shifts
* Waking night shifts
* Every other weekend working
What Will Your Day Look Like?
At the heart of everything we do is person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. You will:
* Support individuals to socialise and take part in community activities
* Provide practical and personal care, including household tasks
* Support with life skills such as shopping and money management
* Deliver individualised support plans that promote independence
* Provide emotional support, encouragement, and reassurance

You don't need previous experience — we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
