Job Description

We are recruiting Support Workers in Wales and England….so where do you live?

We’ve got opportunities in: Swansea, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Powys, Nottinghamshire, Shropshire

Now here’s the good news, you don’t need any prior experience to be a Support Worker at Perthyn! We provide a great standard of training so you’ll be well prepared with all the skills you’ll need. If you have any special skills or interesting hobbies to bring, then even better. If you want a full-time job that’s fine but we can offer part-time roles which could work if you’re semi-retired or at college.

How much we pay

Standard rate
• Salary: £12.71 per hour
• Sleep‑in rate: £60.00 per night

Enhanced rate
• Salary: £13.71 per hour
• Sleep‑in rate: £60.00 per night
Please note: This rate is paid at a small number of locations to reflect the more complex needs of the people who live there.
