Looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real difference in young people’s lives?
Our agency is on the lookout for passionate, reliable, and experienced support workers to join our team. You’ll be working across supported living and accommodation services, supporting young people aged 16 and over, including care leavers, in the local area.
We know the challenges these young people face aren’t always easy. Many of the individuals you’ll be working with may have ADHD, Asperger’s, mild learning disabilities, or mental health concerns. Some may be coping with self-harm, drug and alcohol misuse, or involvement in gangs or criminal activity. Others may have experienced child sexual exploitation, show sexualised behaviour, or be young asylum seekers or refugee minors aged 16 and over. This is where your skills, patience, and empathy truly matter.
We’re looking for support workers who have solid experience working with young people in supported living or similar settings. Ideally, you’ll have supported those with complex needs or challenging behaviour before and feel confident in creating a safe, positive environment where young people can develop their independence and life skills.
