You will play a vital role in promoting independence, inclusion, and wellbeing for adults with learning disabilities. This is a non-residential, community-based setting offering structured daytime activities, skill-building, and social engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting service users to participate in daily activities and community access
Encouraging independence and life skills development
Providing personal care where required
Following personalised care and support plans
Ensuring a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment
We’re looking for someone who is:
