Essential Criteria !
Experience working in a care or support setting in the UK !
Females only needed for sleep ins and working nights !
Valid training in Moving and Handling and Buccal Midazolam
Understanding of person-centred care and support for people with physical disabilities, epilepsy, and complex needs.
Ability to remain calm in emergency or high-pressure situations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Enhanced DBS check
Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins as requiredBefore You Apply
