Minerva Recruitment is currently hiring Support Workers for temporary roles in Braintree. These positions offer flexible full-time or part-time hours and are suitable for Skilled Worker visa holders permitted to work up to 20 hours per week.
We supply staff to supported living and residential care services. As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with eating and drinking
Meal preparation and planning
Personal care
Medication administration
Providing companionship
Encouraging the independence of the people we support in their daily routines and activitiesRequirements:
Minimum of 6 months’ professional care experience in the UK
Right to work in the UK (Skilled Worker visa holders welcome)
Aged 18 or over
Compassionate, reliable, and people-focused
