Care Support Workers Wanted – Morning Shifts | 7AM–10AM
Supporting Adults with Learning & Physical Disabilities
Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We are currently recruiting dedicated and reliable Care Support Workers to join our team, supporting adults aged 18–40 years with learning and physical disabilities, including wheelchair users.
Personal care is required for all clients, but please note there is no challenging behaviour involved.
Location: Reading
Shifts: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM (perfect for early risers or as a top-up shift!)
Days: Weekdays/Weekends
What You'll Do:

Provide respectful and dignified personal care
*
Assist with morning routines including washing, dressing, and mobility support
*
Encourage independence and a positive start to the day
*
Support clients in a calm, friendly, and professional manner
Requirements:
*
Experience in care is essential
*
Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to care
*
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
