NonStop Care are working with a 5-bedroom Children's EBD residential home, who are looking for a Support Worker to join their service, based in the West Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and supportive team committed to transforming the lives of children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
The Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a team providing consistent, structured, and nurturing care. Your focus will be on building trusting relationships, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe, supportive home environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people
Support with routines, educational needs, and recreational activities
Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
Work as part of a team to deliver high standards of care and safeguarding
Drive young people to appointments, school, and activities (company vehicle provided)Essential Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people (residential or similar setting preferred)
A child-centred, resilient, and empathetic approach
Flexibility to work the set rota pattern including sleep-ins
Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
