Job Description
We are hiring Support Worker at Resilience Personnel.
Only candidates from Nottingham willing to travel 10-15 miles for shifts are requested to apply. Candidates will be working in Elderly Care Home.
Requirements:
1. DBS must be in updated service.
2. Moving and Handling practical certificate.
3. Medication Administration practical certificate.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist with safe mobility around the home (using hoists/wheelchairs if required)
*
Administer medication in line with training and care plans
*
Support residents with meals and hydration
*
Offer companionship and emotional support
*
Record daily activities and report any changes in condition
*
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
*
