We work with Children and Young Adults in unregistered settings and bespoke crisis intervention placements - no two days are the same. If you have a can-do attitude and a heart for empowering kids to build independence and thrive in safe, nurturing homes, this is the role for you!

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 12 months' paid experience working with children/young adults in health & social care
Driving licence with business insurance & willingness to travel
Reliable, compassionate, and flexible mindset
NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People or Social Care registration (desired)
Ability to commute or relocate
Shifts & Hours:
12-hour shifts (day & night)
Some weekends & weekdays available
Residential home & sheltered housing settings
