Support Workers – Domiciliary Care
Full-Time & Part-Time hours available
Location: Prestatyn, covering Denbighshire and parts of Flintshire
Salary: £12.21 - £14.50 ph (depending on experience and commitment)
Hours: Flexible – 12 to 35 hours per week available
A well-established, compassionate care provider based in North Wales is looking to recruit reliable and motivated Support Workers to join their domiciliary support team. This role covers Denbighshire and parts of Flintshire, providing care to individuals in their own homes across these communities.
The Role
As a Domiciliary Support Worker, you will support individuals to live independently and comfortably within their own homes. This role can include providing companionship, personal care, meal preparation, assistance with daily tasks, and supporting clients to re-engage with their community following illness or hospitalisation.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Offering personal care and emotional support where required
* Supporting clients with meal preparation and nutrition
* Assisting individuals to access their local community
* Helping clients regain confidence and independence
* Providing reliable, friendly, and flexible care
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in English or Welsh (spoken and written)
* Use of your own vehicle is essential
* Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings if required
* Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred care
