💷 Pay Rate: £15 – £17 per hour (based on experience)
⏰ Hours: Full-time – Minimum 35 hours per week
🛡 Requirement: Valid Enhanced DBS
Do you have a caring nature and a passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities? We are looking for compassionate, dedicated Care Workers to join our friendly and professional team in East Sussex.
Your Role 👐

Provide person-centred care and emotional support to adults with learning disabilities.

Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility.

Support service users with communication, life skills, and community inclusion.

Promote independence, choice, and a safe, supportive environment.

Work closely with colleagues, families, and health professionals to deliver the highest standard of care.
What We’re Looking For ✅

A genuine passion for helping others.

Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities (preferred but not essential – training provided).

Ability to work as part of a supportive team.

Valid Enhanced DBS (essential).
