Job Description
Straight Forward Recruitment are looking for Support Workers to work within Residential Supported Living Services.
Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We are looking for caring and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team, supporting adults with autism in a homely and person-centred environment.
Drivers are preferred, but public transport may be available from certain areas.
What you’ll do:
Provide day-to-day support with personal care, daily routines, and life skills.
Encourage independence, social interaction, and community involvement.
Monitoring the people you support and reporting any concerns to a team leader or person in charge.
Filling in various documentation ensuring clear and concise information is documented appropriately
Promote dignity, choice, and respect in all aspects of care.
What we’re looking for:
A compassionate and patient approach.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliability and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
