Position: Children’s Support Worker Location: Across Weymouth Hours: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Shifts Available Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable children, young people, and their families? Do you want to be part of a supportive, values-led team making a lasting impact every day? We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join us in delivering flexible, trauma-informed care across a range of settings. Who You’ll Support You’ll be working with children and young people who may be experiencing: ✅ Mental health needs ✅ Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or ADHD ✅ Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) ✅ Sexual trauma and abuse ✅ Risk of or current involvement in gang and criminal exploitation ✅ Emotional and behavioural challenges ✅ Family breakdown or placement transitions We also provide holistic support to families, helping to build resilience, stability, and trust around the young person.
