About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to provide dedicated, one-to-one care for a young child in their family home. The role involves supporting the child with daily routines, personal care, and medical needs, specifically PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) feeding.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and support to the child in a home environment.

Administer PEG feeding safely and effectively.
*
Assist with daily activities, personal care, and emotional support.
*
Work collaboratively with the family and other professionals involved in the child’s care.

Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Requirements:

Essential: Experience and up-to-date training/certificate in PEG feeding.
*
Previous experience working with children in a care or support setting.
*
Kind, patient, and understanding approach.
*
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
*
Ability to work flexible hours, including possible weekends.
