I’m currently recruiting for Full Time Permanent Support Worker to join my clients 22 bedded nursing home.
The home specialises in young adults with mental health.
Working as part of our care team Support working is a rewarding and fulfilling role and we are looking for a Support worker who are kind, caring and committed to delivering the highest quality of care to our residents.
Support Worker Job Details:
Pay: £12.75
Job type: Full time Support Worker (36 hours contracted per week)
Shifts and schedule: 12-hour shifts (8am - 8pm/8pm – 8am) working every other weekend
What will you be doing as a Support Worker day to day?

* Support all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes, and social activities
* Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every interaction
* Observe and report on changes in residents’ health and well-being
* Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional, person-centred care
* Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, residents, and their loved ones
* Always promoting choice, dignity and privacy
