We’re seeking compassionate, experienced Support Workers to join our growing team in Exeter. You’ll be supporting adults aged 19–60 with a range of needs, including:
* Autism & ADHD
* Learning Disabilities
* Mental Health Conditions
* Challenging Behaviours
This is your chance to work across residential homes and supported living services, helping people live safely, independently, and meaningfully within their communities.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you’ll be making a genuine difference every day by:
* Supporting with personal care, medication management, and daily living routines
* Promoting independence and helping individuals build life skills
* Engaging service users in enriching activities — from walks and day trips to creative sessions and hobbies
* Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to everyone’s needs
* Occasionally working lone shifts, particularly during waking nights
* Keeping accurate and up-to-date care records and reports
* Collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to deliver the best outcomes
✅ What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for passionate and reliable individuals who bring empathy, patience, and professionalism to the role. Ideally, you’ll have:
* 6+ months’ experience in a care or support role
* A calm, caring, and resilient approach
* A full UK driving licence (highly desirable due to rural locations)
* Training in MAPA / PMVA (not essential — we can provide this if needed)
* The right to work in the UK
