About the Role
Resilience Personnel is looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team in Sheffield. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals, ensuring their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. You will work as part of a team to deliver tailored support that meets the needs of each service user.
Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support to service users.

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

Support service users with mobility, ensuring safe use of equipment and proper moving & handling techniques.

Administer medication in line with training and care plans.
*
Promote independence, choice, and inclusion for all service users.
*
Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to senior staff.
*
Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are consistently met.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold the following:

DBS Certificate registered with the Update Service
2.
Medication Administration – Practical Certificate
3.
Moving & Handling – Practical CertificateBefore You Apply
