💷 Salary: £11.00 (unqualified) - £12.25 (qualified) per hour
🧑💼 Reporting To: Children's Home Manager
Role Overview
Support young people aged 10-19 in a nurturing residential setting using trauma-informed care. This full-time, on-site role includes sleep-ins. Candidates must have residential care experience and a full UK driving licence due to service needs.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
* Experience in residential childcare
* Full UK driving licence
* Understanding of safeguarding & trauma
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a safe, nurturing home environment
* Support routines, education, and wellbeing
* Build positive relationships and model resilience
* Maintain accurate records and work with professionals
