We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for ongoing agency shifts within a Learning Disabilities and complex-needs setting at Cygnet Health Care in Redmarley.
This role offers consistent work with both day and night shifts available. Candidates can choose shifts based on availability.
Shift Times:
• Day: 08:00 – 20:00
• Night: 20:00 – 08:00
Multiple shifts are available across May, with ongoing opportunities for regular bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Promoting independence and well-being
• Following care plans and safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months UK care experience
• Experience within Learning Disabilities or similar settings
• PMVA / MAPA preferred
• Valid DBS (or on update service)
• Right to work in the UK
