Your Role:
As a Support Worker, you will:
✔ Provide outstanding care and support for individuals with diverse needs
✔ Help service users lead fulfilling, independent lives
✔ Work flexibly within a supportive team environment
What you need:
✅ Minimum 1 year of UK care/support experience
✅ Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
✅ Two references from the last 4 years, including your most recent role
✅ Enhanced DBS on Update Service (preferred)
✅ Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (preferred)
✅ NVQ or relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (preferred)
Pay & Hours:
💷 Weekdays: £15.80 per hour
🌙 Nights & Weekends: £16.00 per hour
