£15.80/hour – Weekdays

£16.00/hour – Nights & Weekends

💼 About the Role:
You’ll support adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. Your role will be to encourage independence, promote wellbeing, and provide respectful, person-centred care in a variety of care settings.
✅ What You’ll Need:

At least 1 year of UK-based experience in care/support roles
*
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
*
Two professional references (covering the last 4 years; one must be your most recent employer)
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred)
*
Driving licence & access to a car (preferred)
*
Relevant care qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 (preferred)
