💷 £25,659 – £28,510 per annum
🕒 Full-time, permanent – 37 hours per week (5-week rolling rota, Mon–Sun, 8am–9pm)

Are you passionate about empowering people to live more independently and thrive in their communities? We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated team, supporting adults and families in supported housing across Falmouth, Penryn, and Truro.
What You’ll Do
Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
Build strong, trusting relationships with service users, colleagues, and partner agencies.
Encourage participation in social, educational, and employment opportunities.
Carry out risk assessments, maintain professional boundaries, and ensure safeguarding and safety compliance.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in support work, risk assessment, and planning.
A strong communicator, able to build rapport quickly.

IT-literate with good record-keeping skills.
Flexible, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
Positive, open, and professional at all times.
