Job Description
Youth Support Worker - Yeovil (Lufton) | £15 per hour | Full-Time | Day Shifts | Immediate Start
We are looking for 4 compassionate and enthusiastic Youth Support Workers to join a specialist residential college in Yeovil. You'll be supporting young people aged 16-25 with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex emotional or behavioural needs, helping them to thrive in both education and everyday life.

Full-time hours on a set rota (includes weekends & Bank Holidays)
Day shifts available: 08:30-15:00 or 14:30-22:00
Full training provided
What You'll Do
Support students in education, therapy, and leisure activities
Assist with personal care and day-to-day living
Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive residential environment and keep accurate records and reports to ensure the best outcomes for students
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience supporting young people or adults with additional needs (e.g. SEN, care, supported living, youth work)
A calm, caring, and consistent approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills
