Requirements:
* Must hold a Manual Handling (People and Loads) certificate from a classroom/practical-based course
* Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for a DBS through us)
* Relevant certifications including:
* Understanding Learning Disability
* Autism Awareness
* Dementia Awareness
* Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
* Mandatory Training Certificate
Responsibilities:
* Providing person-centred care and support to vulnerable adults
* Promoting independence, safeguarding, and emotional well-being
* Supporting individuals with complex needs, including challenging behaviour
* Working varied shifts, including weekends and nights as required
