I am seeking a dedicated and driven Deputy Manager to join a progressive care organisation supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career - I am looking for a Deputy Manager who is committed to becoming a Registered Manager of the future.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year's experience as a Deputy, Team Leader, or Senior Support Worker in a care setting
Minimum 2 year's experience working with vulnerable adults.
Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.Key Responsibilities:
Support the Registered Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple services.
Lead and supervise staff teams, including rota planning, mentoring, and supervisions.
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.
Promote dignity, independence, and enablement in all aspects of care.
Assist with assessments, care planning, and transitions for new service users.
Maintain compliance through audits, documentation, and governance standards.
Consult with families, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support.
Provide firsthand care when required and contribute to rota cover.Benefits:
