Job Description

Supported Living Service Manager Location: Birmingham Salary: £35,000 per annum Hours: Full-time (minimum 1 day per week providing direct support) Full UK Driving Licence Required Are you a passionate and experienced leader in adult social care? We're partnering with a well-established care provider to recruit a Supported Living Service Manager for an intensive support setting in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge. What You'll Be Doing: Leading and supervising a dedicated team of Support Workers Ensuring the highest standards of care and support are consistently delivered Promoting independence, dignity, and choice for the people you support Acting as a role model and champion of best practices Collaborating closely with the Registered Area Manager to ensure smooth service delivery Providing hands-on support at least one day per week Maintaining accurate records and using IT systems effectively Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and satisfaction of all individuals in your careWhat We're Looking For: Proven experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities Strong understanding of Autism and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or willingness to complete within 18 months) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills Flexible approach to working hours, including participation in a rotaIf you're a confident, compassionate leader ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
