Amber Mace is looking for a dynamic Supported Living Manager to oversee multiple supported living services across the West Midlands, covering Staffordshire, Dudley, Cannock, and Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a committed team, ensure high-quality, person-centred support, and make a real impact in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions.
Ensure services meet CQC standards and promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Oversee and support a team of Team Leaders and Support Workers across multiple locations.
Manage budgets, staffing, rotas, and service development.
Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals.
Drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing services for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Experience in a Supported Living or Domiciliary Care setting is essential.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
A recognised management qualification (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management) or working towards it.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across service locations.
