Job Description
Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Surfacing Gang to begin work for a well-established company in the Oldmeldrum area.
Roles Available:
* Foreperson – SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid
* Screwman – CSCS, NPORS/CPCS or MPQC Screwman & Banksman ticket
* Paver Driver – CSCS, NPORS/CPCS or MPQC Paver ticket
* Roller Driver – CSCS, NPORS/CPCS or MPQC Roller licence
About the role:
* Working Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts (days or nights). Must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends.
* Pay Rate:
* Foreperson – £18.83 p/h (£39,158 p/a)
* Operatives – £12.21 – £15.99 p/h (depending on skillset)
Overtime Rates:
* Monday to Friday
* First 4 hours overtime each day = 1.5x
* Overtime in excess of 4 hours = 2.0x
* Monday to Thursday Nightshifts
* First 12 hours = 1.5x
* After 12 hours = 2.0x
* Weekend
* Saturday – First 4 hours = 1.5x
* Saturday – After 4 hours = 2.0x
* Sunday – All hours = 2.0x
* Friday, Saturday & Sunday nightshifts = 2.0x
* Statutory Holidays
* If requested to work on a public/statutory holiday or nightshift (shift starts after 6.00pm) = 2.0x plus a day in lieu
Long-term work carrying out surfacing duties as part of a squad in the Highlands, with a base in Daviot.

* High work ethic & team player
* Punctual & reliable
* Time-served/qualified in one of the above roles
* CSCS essential (plus relevant role-specific tickets/qualifications)
