Focus on Stock condition, HHSRS and Decent Homes surveying and standards
Ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards.
Prepare detailed reports and project documentation.
Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Monitor project progress and address any arising issues.
Provide technical advice and guidance to the construction team.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Support the delivery of high-quality housing projects within the community.Profile
A strong background in construction, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
