Job Description
We are currently looking for a Surveyor in the Leicester area to work for a social housing contractor on a permanent basis. This role is working in the Kitchen and Bathroom programme, where a company vehicle is supplied from day one!
As the Surveyor, you will:
Carry out CAD drawings
Measure Bathrooms
Carry out audits
Tenant liaison works
We are looking for a Surveyor who:
Has relevant industry experience
Holds a full UK driving Licence
Ideally has worked within social housing
In return, the Surveyor will receive:
£33,000 - £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
Company vehicle and travel allowance
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
