The person should be very capable to self-manage their workload and be flexible to meeting the needs of different people from across the business.
The person should also be very knowledgeable in sustainability more generally and be able to communicate about technical topics within the subject to non-technical or less informed staff and stakeholders, both through spoken and written communication.
The person should have a true passion for delivering a more sustainable business / built environment / world and posses the skills, knowledge, and experience to drive the business forward with the understanding that this is a significant and sometimes difficult to realise transition for a traditional-based construction company and one which requires patience and competent judgement to help guide senior management through the ever growing need to become more sustainable and responsible
