Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainability strategies for diverse projects.
Conduct BREEAM assessments and provide expert guidance on compliance.
Analyze and report on embodied carbon using LCA methodologies.
Advise on energy performance and SAP calculations for building efficiency.
Collaborate with design teams to integrate sustainable solutions.
Monitor project progress to ensure sustainability targets are met.
Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices.
Key Requirements:

3-4 Years Experience within a Consultancy within the construction industry.
Expertise in BREEAM, with a strong track record in conducting assessments.
Proficiency in embodied carbon analysis and LCA methodologies.
Solid understanding of SAP and its application in energy performance
