Job Description
Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Locality Team at Sutton Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leading and supervising a team of Social Workers and Senior Social Workers within the Locality service.
* Providing oversight on complex cases, safeguarding decisions and care planning.
* Ensuring high-quality, timely assessments and interventions in line with statutory guidance.
* Monitoring and improving team performance to meet service targets and KPIs.
* Promoting strong partnership working with internal and external agencies.
* Overseeing case audits, quality assurance and professional development within the team.
Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working (office presence required).
Pay Rate:
* £45.20 p/h Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent).
* SWE registration.
* Proven experience as a Team Manager or Deputy Team Manager in Children's Services.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, legislation and local authority procedures.
